Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook onion and spread on medium-low warmth until mollified and clear. Mix in flour, garlic powder and pepper. Cook an extra 2 minutes.

Progressively pour in milk while whisking. Keep rushing over medium warmth until thick and bubbly. Eliminate from warmth and add dry mustard, paprika, cream cheddar and 1 ½ cups cheddar. Mix until softened.

Spot broccoli in bubbling water for around 2 minutes. You actually need it marginally fresh as it cooks more in the broiler.

Mix together rice, broccoli and cheddar sauce. Spot in a lubed 2 qt goulash dish. Top with outstanding cheddar and prepare 35 minutes or until bubbly and cheddar softly carmelized.
